3)   Intensive courses: Ages 13 and up

Intensive classes covering the A-Z of fundamental

Islamic sciences.  Ahkaam 101, Aqaid 101, Akhlaq 101

1) Sports Night: For men and women, allow all members to have fun;

     provide games: Zoo (Kabadi), Karam, table tennis etc

2) Doctor’s Panel: Invite Doctors from the community and give opportunity

     to members to ask questions and   discuss health issues and recommendations.

3)     Musabaqah: Team Quiz, A quiz show where teams of 4 players go head to head. Begins after the English Speech. If you would like to participate in this event, please write your name on the sign up sheet at SABA or email asadalihussain@hotmail.com .

4)   Miracle of Qur’an Night Presentation: SABA is pleased to announce that there will be a special program with Miracle Family of Quran on Sep 13th  Saturday. The Miracle Family of Quran is Waziri family Hurmat ‘Ali Waziri, will be visiting SABA center with his youngest daughter Fatimah Waziri who is Hafiz of complete Quran, Sahifah as-Sajjadiya, etc. Fatimah Waziri is 12 years old is a hafiz of various topics and subjects contained in the Qur’an, along the same line as her older brother and sister. She has also memorized the speeches of Fatimah az-Zahra (Peace be upon her), Dua’ al-Faraj, and is also able to tie together the various ayah of the Qur’an with ahadith, and much more.

5)   CAIR Open House: All SABA members are requested to invite your muslim

       and non Muslim friends to SABA center for iftar.

6)     Flower Delivery: Here is an opportunity for all members to show you care;

      wiladat night of Imam Hasan (a).  All profits will go to SABA.

7)   Hajj Presentation: The experience of a lifetime: A special multimedia presentation on hajj. Aimed at raising awareness and enthusiasm about this religious obligation.

10)  All in the Family: The same idea as the “Produce your own commercial based on a hadith” event we had last year, but this time all the ahadith have to do with solving family problems. The groups will be tasked with producing two skits: one of them demonstrating a sad family plagued with the problem, and the other showing a happy family that has applied the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (a) to their family life.

11) Movie night: Movies from Islam expo; films and documentaries ever produced on Islam and the Muslim world. It will be a community wide event.  Afterwards we will have a small talk and q & a about the film.

12) Spiritual Discourses for Yearning Hearts:

    Heartfelt talks on topics related to spirituality, du'a, and the soul of this holy month geared towards young adults and others young at heart.

    Every Friday and Saturday night beginning approximately 15 minutes after all main and special programs have ended.
